- final payment should be settled at the LTL Registration Desk on arrival to the hotel;
bookings will be arranged and confirmed by LTL Ltd. after receiving of Registration Form
filled in with required data, confirmation of payment
of the registration fee and hotel deposit

- total cost of accommodation will be reduced by hotel deposit

- booking is guaranteed if payment is settled by the 1st September 2001

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

2. The Registration Form should be send by June 30th, 2001 to L.T.L. company.

3. By July 31st, 2001 L.T.L. company will send you the confirmation of reservation with detailed costs of your accommodation.

4. The full accommodation payment should be made by August 15th, 2001 to the L.T.L. bank account

5. After receiving the payment an invoice or a bill will be prepared and sent to the address indicated in the Registration Form. Lack of the full payment by August 15th, 2001 will be regarded as a cancellation of the reservation.

6. Cancellation without financial consequences will be possible by August 15th, 2001.
