We invite all participants to the Moniuszko Hall in the Great Theatre, where the Opening Ceremony of the 5th International Congress of the Polish Cardiac Society will take place. The opening lecture, delivered by professor Witold Rużyłło, will by followed by the concert of Krzysztof Jakowicz, Jakub Jakowicz and Waldemar Malicki.

Conventional 5x5 cm slides signed with ordering numbers and attached information included abstract ID and author's name should be delivered to the Slides Room not later than 30 minutes before the session begins.
